# Sharing and Promoting your Pop-Up Store Link
Sharing your Pop-Up Store® link is the fastest way to bring in support. Start sharing ahead of your fundraiser’s go live date, keep sharing during the live fundraiser, and use clear messages that explain what you’re raising for.
**Share your store link from the app**
To share your link from the Double Good app:
1. Log in to the Double Good app.
2. Tap your scheduled or active fundraiser.
3. Select **My Store**.
4. Tap **Share Link**.
5. Choose a sharing template or invite friends and family from your contacts.
Double Good will **never contact anyone without your permission**.
**Share your store link from the web**
To share your store from a web browser:
1. Open your store link in a browser.
2. Click **Share Pop-Up Store**.
3. Choose your preferred sharing option.
**Tips for getting more support**
A strong message can help supporters understand why your fundraiser matters. When sharing your link:
- Explain exactly what the funds will be used for, such as uniforms, travel, supplies, or team fees.
- Share your store link consistently through text, email, and social media.
- Post countdown reminders to create urgency.
- Add a clear photo or video to your Pop-Up Store®.
- Use your Pop-Up Store® QR code on flyers.
- Shout out supporters on social media to encourage others to participate.
- Share updates on your goal and how much more you need to raise.
- Mention the Donate Joy option for supporters who want to help but do not want popcorn themselves. Donate Joy is Double Good's popcorn donation program: you can buy a popcorn donation along with your order or in place of it. We send that popcorn to schools in all 50 states as a thank-you for the work they do for kids every day.
**What to tell supporters**
When promoting your fundraiser, let supporters know:
- Why you’re raising funds
- How the funds will help your cause
- That Double Good popcorn is **made to order**. Most orders arrive within 2 weeks.
- That they can support through popcorn purchases or Donate Joy.
**Instagram link troubleshooting**
Instagram can be strict with links in bios, captions, and stories.
If supporters say your link is not working, or the link appears as plain text:
- Make sure you’re using the full URL, such as[**https://popup.doublegood.com/s/your-code**](https://popup.doublegood.com/s/your-code).
- Add the link to your Instagram bio instead of only placing it in a caption.
- Use the **Link** sticker in Instagram Stories instead of typing the URL as text.
- Confirm that your store is active.
Using Instagram’s official link tools helps make your store easier for supporters to access.
**Tips for sharing on Facebook**
Sometimes Facebook may flag fundraiser links as spam if they are shared too quickly or too often.
To help keep your link clickable:
- Check your post after sharing to make sure the link is visible.
- Use the full Pop-Up Store® URL instead of a link shortener.
- Avoid posting the same link too rapidly.
- Share through multiple channels, such as text message and email, to reach more supporters.
If your link is blocked, try posting an image of your seller flyer and asking supporters to message you privately for the link.
